Welcome to SWISSBRAND EYEWEAR (operated by K Win Optics, Mumbai). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of luxury Swiss Brand glasses and prescription lenses. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility & Authenticity

By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All frames and lenses dispensed by K Win Optics / SWISSBRAND are 100% genuine and sourced directly through certified precision manufacturing channels.

2. Prescription Accuracy

Customers ordering custom prescription lenses must ensure their prescription details (sphere, cylinder, axis, pupillary distance, addition) are accurate and issued within the last 12 months. Our master optician Mitesh Gandhi verifies parameters before edging.

3. Warranty & Liability

SWISSBRAND designer frames carry comprehensive warranties against manufacturing defects. Premium Diamond-Coat™ lens treatments carry official optical coating warranties. We provide complimentary lifelong frame realignment, nose pad replacements, and ultrasonic cleaning for all in-store clients at K Win Optics.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Terms for Custom Prescription Glazing

  1. Optical surfacing and bevel edging are executed at K Win Optics ophthalmic facilities.
  2. Customized prescription lenses tailored to individual optical axes cannot be refunded once cutting has begun.
  3. Standard delivery time for domestic prescription orders is 3 to 5 business days depending on lens index and coating complexity.
