1. Eligibility & Accounts

By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. When making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information, including your shipping address and billing details.

2. Pricing & Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, availability, and prices as accurately as possible. However, in the event of a typographical or technical error in pricing or specifications, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

3. Warranty & Liability

All brand-new frames carry manufacturer warranties, subject to their respective terms. SWISSBRAND EYEWEAR acts as a retailer and is not directly responsible for manufacturer warranty claims, though we will assist you with the process wherever possible. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any eyewear purchased from us.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Terms & Conditions for Optical Services & Fittings

The following additional terms and conditions apply to all custom frame alignments, lens cutting, and fitting services provided by SWISSBRAND EYEWEAR:

1. Optical services will be processed at SWISSBRAND EYEWEAR design premises.
2. Any custom-fit lenses cut for a specific frame cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded once processed, as they are surfaced to your individual prescription parameters.
3. Customers must provide accurate prescription data. SWISSBRAND EYEWEAR is not responsible for visual discomfort resulting from inaccurate prescription information provided by the customer.
4. A standard check-up and lens verification fee may apply for manual adjustments to third-party frames.
5. Warranty for lens anti-reflective or protective coatings is limited to 6 months from the date of purchase.
6. Delivery times for custom prescription orders depend on lens complexity and laboratory surfacing schedules. Standard timelines range between 3 to 5 business days.
7. No claims for physical frame scratches or fitment discomfort will be entertained once the custom eyewear is accepted by the customer.
